In no event shall Hollywood Expendables or its supplies be liable for any damages whatsoever (Including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the materials, even if Hollywood Expendables has been advised of the possibility of such damages, because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. Hollywood Expendables further does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within these materials. Hollywood Expendables may make changes to these materials, or the products described therein, at any time without notice. Hollywood Expendables makes no commitment to update the Materials.
Hollywood Expendables Return Policy:
(ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK CHARGE) All return items Must Be Accompanied By Sale Receipt Within 14 Days Of Purchase. NON-RETURNABLE ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON: Batteries, Sprays, Bulbs/Globes, Cut Material, Gel Sheets and ALL Custom Work. Special Order On NON-STOCK ITEMS. Store discretion is also applicable when evaluating an items returnability. LAST BUT NOT LEAST…Forgotten items on pick-up orders and in store purchases DOES NOT result in FREE delivery. Check Your Receipt and make sure you’ve received everything on your order!
Reporting Damaged Goods:
Please inspect your packages immediately for signs of damage. If a box arrives with physical indications that damage may have occurred in transit, you have the option to refuse the package from the carrier or to sign for it and inspect the content’s. It is imperative that you contact the freight company and file a DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM with them as soon as possible. Next please call us at 818-556-3396, give us the claim number you received from the carrier. And we will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. So we may look forward to receiving the shipment and most importantly, prepare arrangements for a replacement.
We do not reimburse any shipping what-so-ever for damaged goods. The claim form that you file with the freight company is your “free-shipping.” Do not return damaged goods without following the instructions above.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order# and RA# on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address: Hollywood Expendables Returns Department; 3920 Magnolia Blvd. Burbank, CA 91505 USA.
Custom Orders:
Hollywood Expendables will provide custom order services for many items that we don’t normally stock. Custom orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed. Once processed, custom orders are non refundable. Make sure you want them.
Canceling an Order:
You may cancel any item from an order that has not yet entered the shipping process, by contacting Hollywood Expendables at 818-556-3396.
Refunds:
Hollywood Expendables will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item accompanied RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please review our return policy.
